The library is free. Always.
Paying adds the parts that need a person or a place to keep something — group coaching, a Care Circle, a plan that follows you. Most people never need to.

- Engagement across a cohort of 25 or more
- Which areas of the library the cohort uses most

Questions people actually ask
Is the library really free?
All 248 topics, all 24 situations and every published episode are readable without an account. A free account adds the daily check-in, the practices and the wellbeing tracking.
My employer pays. What can they see?
Aggregate, de-identified counts across a cohort of at least 25 people — engagement, not individuals. They never see your entries, whether you booked a coach, or that you opened the app. That is in the terms, and it is enforced in the database rules, not just in the interface.
What happens if I leave my employer or graduate?
We tell you before the sponsored seat ends and offer to move you onto an individual plan. Your entries are yours either way — nothing is deleted because a sponsor's contract ended.
Is 1:1 coaching included?
Group events are included on iCare Plus. One-to-one sessions are billed separately unless your employer or institution sponsors hours, which many do.
How are coaches paid, and what does a session cost?
Coaches set their own 1:1 rate and keep 80% of it; group seats and retreats are priced by the coach and included on iCare Plus where the coach has opted in. Every coach's rates are on their profile, and a request costs nothing — it is one message, and they reply before anything is booked.
Are the coaches vetted?
Every coach lists their licences, certifications and experience. A verified mark means we have checked a credential with the issuing body. Unverified coaches can list, and the profile says so plainly. All coaches work under the coaching agreement, which includes the duty to refer to a clinician when a situation is beyond coaching.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from Settings. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
Is this therapy?
No. iCare Now is a wellbeing and coaching platform, not therapy, medical advice or an emergency service. If you need clinical care, a coach here will help you find it — that referral is part of the job.
