For practitioners

You have said the same useful thing four hundred times. Say it once, properly.

We book coaches, counsellors, advisors and clinicians for single episodes on their specialism. You bring the expertise. We handle production, the timestamped guidance points, and getting it in front of people who arrived searching for exactly your topic.

Why this reaches people your own channel does not

  • 248

    library topics

Every episode is attached to the topics it answers, so it surfaces to someone reading about their exact problem — not to someone browsing a podcast app.

  • 24

    situations

People arrive here mid-transition, having typed something like 'my child stopped talking to me'. That is a very different listener from a subscriber.

  • 4

    series

Short, tightly scoped shows rather than one sprawling feed. Your episode sits with related work, not buried in an archive.

What it takes from you

About two hours, end to end.

  1. 01

Pick a slot from the slate

The whole production queue is public, ranked by listener votes. Take an episode that is already commissioned, or propose one in your area.

  2. 02

    A 30-minute prep call

We agree the three or four questions the episode answers. You do not write anything — the questions are the script.

  3. 03

Record for 25 to 40 minutes

Remote, on our recording setup, one take. We edit, master and produce.

  4. 04

    We add the guidance points

Our producers pull the conclusions and timestamp them, then send you the cut to approve before anything publishes.

  5. 05

It lands where people are looking

Your episode is attached to the library topics and situations it answers, so it reaches people at the moment they search for the problem.

What we ask

  • A verifiable qualification and current practice in your area
  • Professional indemnity insurance
  • Comfort with the boundary: this is education, never treatment of a listener
  • Willingness to say 'that needs a clinician' on air when it does

Episodes are education, not treatment. Nothing said on air is advice to a particular listener, and every episode carries that notice. See the coaching agreement for how we hold that line.

What you get

  • Full production, editing and mastering at our cost
  • Approval over the final cut before it publishes
  • Your name, practice and a link on every surface the episode appears
  • The listener questions your episode generates, which are usually the best referral source there is
  • A standing invitation to the coach roster if you want client work
